• Former President of the Civil Supreme Court of Appeal, with specialized expertise in real estate disputes, lease disputes, and civil and commercial appeals.

• Former President of the High Labour Court, with extensive experience in individual labor disputes.

• Former Chairman of the Arbitration Panel specializing in collective labor disputes between employees and employers.

• Former Deputy Public Prosecutor, progressing to the rank of Chief Prosecutor (2006–2013).

• Former Deputy Chairman and Member of the Lawyers’ Disciplinary Council Committee.

• Legal Researcher at the Ministry of Information, Ministry of Justice, and the Council of Representatives.

Academic Qualifications

• PhD Candidate in Criminal Law – Cairo University.

• Master’s Degree in Criminal and Police Sciences, awarded with Distinction and First Class Honors.
